Here is my second attempt at a needle felted mask. Owls are fun, you can use a lot of creativity with them. I enjoyed this one very much.

Needle Felted Mask

I have always wanted to make felted masks. I have researched and google searched them for years. I  found a book written by Teresa Cato that was very helpful. Here is my first attempt at the lion mask.

 

This is about a days work to get to this point.

Here I have started to add some color.

Here is the book I used. She is great at taking you through the steps and also has templates for the masks, ears, etc. Very well done.
